We are open Wednesday-Friday from 1pm-7pm, Saturday and Sunday from 9am-6pm.

PROM: We stock over 300 new prom gowns every season, so prom is typically purchased off the rack and taken home the same day.
Mother of the Occassion: It depends on the designer, if it's in stock in the desired size/color we can have it in store within two weeks. If it is not in stock, made-to-order Moms gowns typically take around 20 weeks to arrive in store.
Bridesmaids: As of late spring 2022, we have made the decision not to special order bridesmaids from this point forward.
We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit Cards and Cash. We also offer Afterpay in store!
We do not accept personal checks.
Under any circumstances, we do not hold gowns. Part of our exclusive ordering process, we only order one style/color per season - so once than gown is gone, it's gone!

Can I purchase off the rack?
Yes! We offer all our Moms and Maids samples as an off the rack purchase.

How early should I start shopping for my prom dress?
It is never too early to start shopping! By January, we will have all of our new lines coming in for the season. We always suggest to our customers to shop early to ensure that you get your most favorite dress!
Do you register prom dresses?
No, we do not. We only order a dress once, so once it's gone...it's gone!
What's your return policy?
All items are final sale. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Do you hold prom dresses?
